I am happy to announce the release of OpenToonz Morevna Edition version 1.3.1. This version includes all features of official OpenToonz version 1.3.0 + all additional features of Morevna Edition – Krita-like assistants, advanced color selector and script execution via command-line (see notes for previous release).
