We are publishing a modification of original Stickman template, with a special configuration simulating inverse kinematics (IK) for legs.
It can be used as a standalone template or a Synfig Plugin. You can read more about Synfig plugins here.

How could we possibly use TWO characters with Stickman IK? Is that possible?
Hello! Ah, I see. Theoretically it is possible to have two Stickmans if you install the template as a Synfig plugin and run it twice on the same file… But this doesn’t work for some reason… Let me try to fix this.
