The PhD dissertation explores the antropological and culturological aspects of producing animated media content using free software. The research is based on two empirical case studies – Blender Institute (Amsterdam, Netherlands)  and Morevna Project (Gorno-Altaisk, Russia).

Defence of the doctoral thesis will take place Friday 8 December 2017.
